1. When were you born and where did you grow up ?

I was born on 13.5.1967 in Sachsenhausen, Frankfurt. I grew up in the Gallus Quarter and Nied. Currently residing in Frankfurt-Rödelheim with the intention of staying forever in the best City on this Planet.

2. Since when have you been in Tankard and what bands did you play in prior to that ?

I´ve been with Tankard since 1982 when I turned 15. At first Frank was the Vocalist and I was the Bassist but we soon switched. The rest is history. To make a long story short - there were never any other bands and there will never be any other bands!

3. What was the first album you ever purchased ?

It must have been Smokie-they were my favorite Band in the ´70´s. After Frank played me AC/DC´s "If you want blood" in 1978 my music taste took a turn for the worse.

4. Which three albums would you take with you if banned to an uninhabited island ?

a) Exciter "Heavy Metal Maniac"
b) Exodus "Bonded by Blood"
c) Metallica "Kill ´em All"

5. Your favorite Tankard album/song ?

I think it´s still "Zombie Attack" because I like living in the past but there are other faves such as the current Top Ten single "Rectifier" from the B-Day Album.

6. Which band would you like to tour with ?

With Roland Kaiser, of course. I heard that he drinks even more than we do.

7. Your favorite movie ?

I almost never go to the Movie Theaters. I prefer T.V. series such as "Der Kommissar" from the ´70´s and "Lindenstraße". As a matter of fact I played a very, very minor Role in Episode # 602.

8. Your favorite book ?

"Fever Pitch" by Nick Hornby of course. A Book about Soccer that I recommend to anybody interested in this sport. Aside from that I only read "Kicker" and Metal Mags.

9. What kind of car do you drive ?

A VW Golf that is desintigrating as we speak. Piece of shit!

10. Favorite food ?

French-fries with ketchup/mayo. Take a look at my voluptuous belly-need I say more?

11. Favorite beer ?

Binding Römer Pils from Frankfurt. Anything else is just a compromise-especially on tour.

12. When was the first time you got drunk ?

At age 13 when Eintracht Frankfurt won the UEFA Cup in 1980. Unfortunately I had to wash the puke out of my team-scarf the next day.

13. What is your main job ?

I´m a Social Worker and work in a Rundown Quarter in Frankfurt. We provide a place for junkies to be able to go about their business in a hygenic surrounding.

14. Do you have any other hobbies besides making noise with Tankard ?

I go to most Eintracht Frankfurt games, answer Fan mail, listen to Metal and go to Concerts. I also like to choke my Chicken named Mike Kipness.

15. Which "personality" would you most like to meet ?

With Uwe Bindewald, the best Field Tech. ever.

16. What was the most stupid thing you ever did ?

Waking up every day at 4:30 am, five years in a row, to work at the local Post office.

17. What is your biggest and most unfulfilled wish to date ?

To play our Hit "Schwarz-weiss wie Schnee" in the Frankfurt Waldstadion for 60.000 Eintracht freaks..

18. What are your wishes for the "B-Day album" ?

To be around for a long time and prove that we can´t be knocked down. Especially now with the release of our current Album B-Day!
